Jonty Rhodes‘ attitude and athleticism on the field has left a long-lasting legacy on cricket teams across the world since he retired in 2003. His ethos that ensured he never failed to dive full length to save a boundary at backward point is transferable to coaching, business and life. Post playing career, his calculated cricketing approach has rubbed off on many professional sides, including Mumbai Indians for 9 IPL seasons between 2009 and 2017, champions of three IPL titles! Since then he has worked with the Punjab Kings and is now part of the team that is driving the Lucknow Super Giants to new heights.

Jonty has partnered up with Ryan Maron, former West Indies and current Afghanistan assistant coach and Director of Cricket School of Excellence, which was established in 1999.  Together they focus on “giving back’ to the wider cricketing community with the goal of impacting the games of all players. As a result, they have created a central point for people to thrive off their expertise and benefit from their knowledge and insights.

The Jonty Rhodes Way offers the unique experience of having Jonty Rhodes deliver motivational talks at corporate events or to select audiences – this can be done in person upon availability but also there is the  opportunity for the talks to be done remotely.
